Rosebud Brownies

Brownies 5.jpg

Move over pot-brownies, these posh brownies are moving in. Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan these Rosebud Brownies are the perfect decadent treat. I've recently just been turned onto LAKA Rose Protein which is a skin nourishing, oxidative stress reducing and sex drive enhancing powder. All packaged to perfection in gold. Rose is a great addition to our beauty routine both internally and externally to help the skin glow and heal.

The idea for these brownies stemmed from two things. One being mercury in retrograde and the other for those women experiencing mood swings, cravings and PMS during their cycles (myself included). Hence why these carb-curving and stress-reducing brownies were born! Raw cacao is a powerful superfood that helps balance brain chemistry, relieve symptoms of PMS and is a natural antidepressant. Cannabidiol or CBD is also a powerful adaptogen that relieves inflammation, anxiety and improves sleep. Also, did you know that rose tea has traditionally been used around the world to help alleviate symptoms of menstrual pain?

This trifecta couldn't make a more ideal match made in heaven for those mornings when all we want is a damn brownie and feel like a fox. And i'm not claiming these are just for women either; my boyfriend has been been enjoying these for breakfast!
